Using fresh imagery featuring regional references and approachable copy, the new site brought the content of the previous website up to date, making it contemporary and competitive. Clear forms simplify the claims process and the updating of personal details – services that the broker handles on behalf of its clients when dealing with the insurance company. Changes to legislation are communicated under the ‘News’ menu item.
