As in the previous year, PM Welt was held at the Smart Village in Munich, this time with more attendees, more talks and a second day of seminars. Neoist was once again commissioned to take photos in 2024. The B2B networking and coaching event focusing on AI in project management was enhanced by the creative design of the venue, which featured 17 event rooms spread over 3,500 square metres. Keynote speakers included Prof. Dr Thomas Druyen, who spoke on the psychology of the future, and Christoph Magnussen, founder and CEO of Blackboat, who demonstrated how AI can be utilised in business – and in private life. In the Digital Administration slot, Ulfried Paier spoke about AI in administration, using the city of Graz as an example, where traffic lights are synchronised via AI to deliver enormous time savings for commuters. As a shared service centre, his company, ITG Informationstechnik Graz GmbH, enhances the business success of the city of Graz and all its subsidiaries through the strategic and efficient use of information and communication technologies.
