The renowned *Time* magazine has named Sylt one of the most beautiful places in the world. Miles of beaches dotted with the characteristic blue-and-white beach chairs, the Red Cliff, the "Elbow" and the Wadden Sea make this North Sea island a “picturesque destination”. Sylt is often referred to as “the Hamptons of Hamburg”.

Together with Brand Manager Michael Gleissner, neoist developed the brand Northern Lights Concept Store Sylt for entrepreneur Michael Hoppe. The innovative showroom opened in April 2024 in a prime location in Westerland. neoist contributed to the naming process, designed the logo, wrote the text for the website, and handled the PR work for this forward-looking project.

 

The concept: To boost brand awareness and visibility for brands that do not yet have a permanent presence on Sylt, the Northern Lights Concept Store Sylt by Michael Hoppe offers an opportunity to showcase your brand in an exclusive setting – either in a 300-square-metre space all to yourself or in a section alongside other high-end brands. The space can be rented on a flexible basis for a period of between three and twelve months. There is parking for six vehicles in front of the showroom. Above the showroom, there are apartments available to rent. The showroom has been a well-known, family-run establishment for over twenty years, within walking distance of Friedrichstraße and the sandy beach.

To enable the Antenne Sylt radio advert to be shared on social media, neoist designed a clip featuring the new company’s logo and key visual. The opening on 24 April 2024 was announced on Instagram, Facebook and as a WhatsApp status.

In the summer of 2024, a print campaign was launched in collaboration with the Genesis car brand, which advertised test drives in six models on Sylt.

For the invitation to the Christmas 2024 “Mulled wine o’clock” experience at the showroom bar, neoist changed the North Star in the logo into a poinsettia.

Following stops in Stuttgart, Hanover, Mühlheim, Munich and Frankfurt, the Genesis German Golf Tour 2025 held its final event on Sylt from 19 to 21 September – neoist decorated the vehicles with stickers and reported on the event afterwards.
